Taylor Swift & Hayley Kiyoko Sing «Curious» DUET During Boston Tour Stop

It’s no secret that Taylor loves bringing out guests while on tour, and last night’s show at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough Massachusetts certainly didn’t disappoint. In the middle of show, the pop star brought out Hayley Kioyoko to join her in singing the hit “Curious”. And, needless to say the two crushed it! Taylor posted a clip of the performance to her instagram with the caption “UM @hayleykiyoko THAT WAS INSANE!! Thank you so much for coming to surprise the crowd tonight at @gillettestadium – THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!! So stoked this was your first stadium performance, and you absolutely killed it
I’m personally reallllly into Hayley’s pants.
Having Hayley as a guest was especially important because fans had been speculating on beef between the two. In an interview with Refinery 29, the artist known as “Lesbian Jesus” clapped back at music industry execs who wanted her to have heterosexual love interests in her music videos. The former Disney star said, “I’ ve had several music industry execs say ‘You’re doing another music video about girls?’ I literally looked at them and was like, um, yeah … Taylor Swift sings about men in every single song and video, and no one complains that she’s unoriginal.”
Fans got upset, thinking she was bashing Tay tay, but then the Delicate star swooped into the convo to say that Hay was NOT bashing Tay affirming that QUOTE“We should applaud artists who are brave enough to tell their honest romantic narrative through their art, and the fact is that I’ve never encountered homophobia and she has. It’s her right to call out anyone who has double standards about gay vs straight love interests.”
Inviting Hayley to join her on stage seems to be Taylor doubling down on her feelings about increasing and supporting queer visibility, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Obviously, Hayley is also revealing in her appearance as she posted the same video tay did, with the caption
