On Thursday Prince William and Kate Middleton made an appearance at a charity boat race and some monumental things happened. Kate wore shorts for the first time in 8 years, Princess Charlotte stuck her tongue out, and Prince George wore a sailor hat. So yea, basically, all my royal dreams came true.

What’s up guys? It’s Sussan Mourad here with Clevver News and like I said, a lot of adorable things happened when the Kensington royals attended the King’s Cup Regattam aka a super posh boat race.

Kate wore shorts for the first time since 2011, Prince George was toothless and wore whatever this adorable situation is, William gave Kate a wooden spoon for getting last place, but nothing beats Princess Charlotte’s moment.

She really stole the show.

When Kate pointed to the photographers asking Charlotte to wave, she just stuck her tongue out, you know like any 4 year old would.

And lucky for you people who are obsessed with the royals, the whole thing was caught on video.

Kate was obviously utterly shocked when she saw the face Charlotte actually made instead of waving. But Kate played it off like a Duchess would and just laughed as she walked away.

Proving she is not only destined for the throne, but may be the coolest mom ever.

And fans are loving this moment in the comment section of the video.
