Ocean’s 8 Unveils FIRST Poster & Showcases Rihanna & ALL-Female Cast

The new poster for Ocean’s 8 comes out featuring the all-female cast and the Internet reacts.

Yes, that is Rihanna on the poster.

There are some pretty amazing actresses starring in the upcoming film, Ocean’s 8., the spinoff of the very popular comedy trilogy.

Including, Rihanna. Yes, Rihanna. Just last year, it was announced RiRi was going to be joining the cast and if that wasn’t exciting enough, the rest of the ensemble is pretty fire as well. Such as Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Awkwafina, and Helena Bonham Carter.

The brand new movie poster features all eight actresses in a line, with the tag line “Every con has it’s pros.” All the women featured are rocking dark sunglasses and definitely look like they’re undercover.

Because of the sunglasses, at first glance, it almost looks like George Clooney’s wife, Amal Clooney is in the lineup as well. But it’s actually Anne Hathaway. The two have been told they look alike in the past, and when Anne was talking to Extra about looking like Amal, she said QUOTE “ That’s like the best thing to happen to me today.” And if that isn’t a cute enough response, Anne also added “She’s so accomplished and it’s so thrilling to look at someone and be like, ‘Wow. You really are making the world a better place.” Referring to the fact Amal is an international human rights lawyer.
As for people’s reactions about the film, there has definitely been some criticism. A user on Twitter said QUOTE “Nobody asked for Oceans 8. Did we learn nothing from the new Ghostbusters???”

While another user hated on the all female cast, tweeting QUOTE “Ghostbusters the vagina edition didn’t do well, why would you try and do the same with Oceans 8? Hahah”

When talking addressing all the hate the film has received, Sandra Bullock responded saying QUOTE “We got some but boy, I mean, I’ll tell you, we’ve got some feisty women that will fight right back,» That’s. Right.
