Nick Carter has been accused of rape. DREAM singer Melissa Schuman claims the Backstreet Boys star raped her when she was 18 years old. Schuman described their encounter back in 2002 at Carter’s apartment in a post published to her website. “I am. Shocked and saddened by Ms. Schuman’s accusations,” Carter said in a statement . “Melissa never expressed to me while we were together or at any time since that anything we did was not consensual. We went not to record a song and perform together, and I was always respectful and supportive of Melissa both personally and professionally.”
Teen idol David Cassidy has passed away. The Partridge Family star was hospitalized with organ failure over the weekend. “On behalf of the entire Cassidy family, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, our uncle, and our dear brother, David Cassidy,” the family said in a statement. “David died surrounded by those he loved, with joy in his heart and free from the pain that had gripped him for so long. Thank you for the abundance and support you have shown him these many years.”
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are expecting their second child. Teigen announced the news on social media with a video of their daughter Luna Simone pointing at her mom’s stomach and saying “Baby!” Teigen and Legend celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in September. Congratulations!
