Y’all it turns out we are NOT out of the Jordyn Woods yet, because she just announced her new fashion line AS her cheating scandal is playing out on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Did someone say “Capitalization?!”
What’s up guys? It’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and apparently any press is good press, despite what Cardi B might say… because Jordyn is jumping on this opportunity to announce her new BooHoo clothing line.
The announcement came less than 24 hours after “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” aired part 1 of the cheating scandal between Jordyn and Khloé Kardashian’s ex, Tristan Thompson.
You know what they say? Strike while the iron is hot, and Jordyn is most definitely doing that. Kris Jenner taught her well!
She captioned her announcement post quote, “something exciting is coming.. ? #boohooxjordynwoods @boohoo”
And I must say, that look is snatched. Good for you Jordyn.
Let’s be real though… Jordyn could have handled this cheating drama being dragged up again in one of two ways.
She could’ve laid low and waited ‘til the storm passed, or she could’ve used the publicity to her advantage. And I think it’s safe to say she is doing the latter.
She is literally taking on the Kar-Jenner women and playing them at their own game.
Capitalizing on a scandal is their bread and butter. I see you Jordyn and I respect the hustle… I mean she did learn from the best right?
Boohoo revealed that Jordyn’s line would be available on Wednesday, which just so happens to be the week between both KUWTK finale episodes. Coincidence? I think not.
And we weren’t the only ones who noticed.
Fans are flooding Twitter with mixed feelings about Jordyn’s *ehem* timely announcement.
One fan wrote quote, “jordyn x boohoo, I know that’s right! capitalize off this bs & secure the bags sis”
But others were pointed out that this strategy might actually backfire.
One person said quote, “Right so last night’s episode of kuwtk was the episode about all the jordyn and Tristan drama and boohoo decides to drop a launch with her tonight ? Bad timing half the world hates her”
I mean, I wouldn’t necessarily say the world hates her. And it doesn’t seem like Jordyn cares anymore.
Those big JW sunglasses she’s wearing are providing all the shade she needs right now.
The collection drops tomorrow, so I guess we will just have to wait and see what it’s like and if it sells out.
I wouldn’t be surprised, I mean, Jordyn still has her fans. 10 million and counting on Instagram to be exact.
