Disney Star ARRESTED On Suspicion Of Multiple Armed Robberies

It sounds like life hasn’t been too great for Adam Hicks after his Disney Channel days – and in case you don’t remember him, Adam once starred in ‘Zeke and Luther’ and ‘Lemonade Mouth.’ Anyway, TMZ and their law enforcement sources reported that Adam was arrested Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of committing multiple armed robberies.
According to these sources, Adam and his girlfriend reportedly went up to random people in the San Fernando Valley area, stuck a gun in their face and would demand money, cellphones, and whatever else these unsuspecting people had on their bodies at the time. Two of their victims were reportedly elderly women in their 70s.
Sergeant Derek Green of the Burbank Police Department talked to The Hollywood Reporter about Adam’s arrest and said that Adam was arrested in QUOTE “Connection with a string of armed street robberies that occurred yesterday morning.” It is unclear if Adam’s girlfriend was also taken into custody. On top of being arrested in connection to these street robberies, Adam is also being held on $350,000 bail and is due in court on Friday.
Unfortunately, Adam wasn’t the only former Disney Channel star who had a recent run in with the law. That’s So Raven star Orlando Brown was arrested earlier this month after cops were called to his apartment due to a pretty loud argument he had with his girlfriend and her mother.
According to TMZ, Orlando was arrested after the police showed up, but not for the situation that they were called on the scene for. In fact, shortly after law enforcement showed up to the apartment, they ran all three names into their system and an active warrant popped up for both Orlando and his girlfriend’s mom. It was then that Orlando was taken to jail on battery against a spouse, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance.
