An R-Rated Camp Rock is happening people and something tells me it’s not going to premiere on a family friendly channel.
American Pie meets Disney Channel? I don’t think that’s going to fly with Mickey Mouse at all.
Joe Jonas opened up about discussing a darker, more adult Camp Rock follow-up to the beloved DCOM with Demi and Nick, but Demi took it to the next level by saying an R-Rated Camp Rock is definitely going to happen. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight on the Kids Choice Awards orange carpet, the singer was asked about the possibility of an adult Camp Rock and before she dived into the details, Demi excitedly took credit for the idea.
Hm, American Pie…meets Disney Channel. Soooooo, does that mean someone’s gonna recreate that infamous pie scene? Because that’s definitely not family friendly.
But let’s be serious for like one second here, Demi. It’s not really going to happen is it?
Welp, I guess we’ll all just have to wait and see how that turns out.
Aside from adding on to the idea of “Camp Rock 3,” Demi also revealed that she’s been in the studio every day, working on new music. According to the singer, her new tunes are QUOTE, “definitely going to be more soulful.” And we just can’t wait to hear her new music.
