I think it might officially be time to drop the word “rumored” when talking about Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello as a couple.These two are heating up New York City with all the canoodling, hand holding and public displays of affection!
What’s up guys? It’s Maddie Conklin here with Clevver News and things were, shall we say, SPICING UP between Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabellos Thursday night at Shawn’s 21st birthday.
As everyone was saying happy birthday to Shawn, Camilla swoops in with the real present, a passionate kiss on the lips.
OKAY, hello Shawn and Camila, that was like a solid five second long kiss. And yes, I counted don’t @ me.
But Shawmila fans, I think it’s time we just start referring to them as a real couple.
I still see so many people calling them a “rumored” couple or questioning their relationship, when they are CLEARLY together.
Camila even plastered “I LOVE YOU” to Shawn on her Twitter for the entire world to see! I’ll get to that in just a second!
They have been spotted kissing and holding hands everywhere from San Francisco to Salt Lake City to Miami and now New York.
So let’s hold on a minute, and have a moment of silence for all the people who were hoping Shawn was still single.
Ok I feel good about that. Back to the story.
Apparently the woman standing next to Shawn in the beginning of that video is his mom.
So everyone claiming this isn’t real… are you telling me Shawn would kiss someone he wasn’t ACTUALLY dating like that in front of his own mother?!
No way.
Camila also tweeted celebrating her boo’s big day.
She shared this sweet pic and wrote quote, “Happy birthday to this magic human, I love you!!!!”
And fans love a good PDA moment.
One person tweeted quote, “MY FAVORITE PEOPLE I LOVE YOUUUUUUU”
And another said quote, “OH MY GOD PARENTS WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH”
